Refund Policy

At Aarunya India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products purchased on sale or with discount codes.

  • Products without the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@aarunyaindia.com with your order details and images of the damaged/incorrect product.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return shipping details.

  3. Return Shipment: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • If the payment was made via credit/debit card, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • If the order was paid via UPI or Net Banking, it may take 3-5 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.

  • If canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
